We Collect Paper To Organize

Call us old school, but printing and hoarding wedding related paper is amazing! Our love of this possibly being a byproduct of Corey’s days planning events at Columbia’s Graduate School of Journalism and/or the tutelage his boss, the queen of events, now our wedding officiant, Irena, plan many domestic and international events!

Back to the binder though.

Look. There are so many moving parts and tangible things that come with weddings. You have physical bids, hand signed contracts, actual samples of the most random of things. You NEED a place to go and physically see all of this stuff.

Don’t be mistaken. We’re super hip and cool. We have a slack channel (many channels) going on about all things wedding, google drive, google notes, emails, shared folders. It’s insane. You know what’s not insane? Our Binder. Full of tabs and receipts. Beautiful things called paper you can grab and write on or angrily scratch out your feelings.

You need a binder.

Whenever we’re looking for a specific bid. Or say, our attrition agreement with the Freehand Hotel, we grab our binder. Our, “Wedding Burn Book” – Maybe not burn book, unless you mean burning our money.

Anyways, get one – and caress it and cherish it while you sip morning coffee and write blog posts about it.
