Won't You Take Me To West Hollywood
It's been a week, and we're still reeling from our Investigative Journalism Explorative Revealing Trip to Los Angeles. While it's very official that we're Moving -- the location is up in the air. Of course, this all becomes finalized when it comes down to actual apartment hunting, but we're pretty dead set on WeHo.
Firstly, we saw this as an omen:
A baby 212 address on the side of a house. Honey. We're Home!
West Hollywood is the most interesting area we visited. Not because the other areas weren't, but because weho had access to a plethora of different things to do. You could walk to the bars on Santa Monica Blvd and then walk 20 minutes to shops on West 3rd Street. Hell, you could even walk from West 3rd Street to The Grove. A lot of walking for Angelinos, but HEY, It can be done!
It helped that the weekend we were in Weho the grove had a petting zoo - we love animals!

Okay, So, so far we have donuts and cows. All things that, believe it or not, helped along our love affair with our soon to the place we call home. That of course and the bars, restaurants, hiking opportunities, walkability, people, etc. etc. etc. We also made a friend out drinking - well, she's a realtor so she was probably just networking, but hey, not bad for a couple days visit! Note: She gave us a free drink.
All in all. We're super excited to be packing up our bags in January (especially before winter time) to move out West!
